Bob Lam has been a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in early-stage cybersecurity companies for over two decades.
Splitting his time between North America and Europe, Bob has developed a wealth of knowledge of global enterprise operations, geopolitical risk, and regulatory policies, along with differences in technology adoption and priority.
Bob, who is currently CEO and Co-Founder at ShardSecure, was previously a co-founder of Bayshore Networks (acquired by OPSWAT), a leading Industrial IoT cybersecurity company. He was also VP of Business Development at NeoAccel (acquired by VMware) and Pareto Networks (acquired by Aerohive). During his time at ShardSecure, he has established strategic alliances with KPMG, Microsoft, and other companies, drawing on his extensive experience with global technology, markets, and trends.
Bob also served as Managing Director at JP Morgan/Bear Stearns, where he led their cybersecurity practice. He received his MBA from New York University and his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Indiana University.
